While the following items are not included in our packages, they are very importat considerations and additional costs to consider.

  • Presurgical Bloodwork – $52
Presurgical blood work (complete blood count and blood chemistry panel) is STRONGLY recommended for all surgical patients, however, it is not required for pets under 7 years of age. For our older adult and senior patients, we REQUIRE this to help us discover any conditions or issues prior to the procedure, so we can properly plan for and monitor them. Since your pet can’t tell us if something’s wrong, this can tell the doctor if anything is going on beneath the surface.
  • E-Collar- $10
An E-collar is recommended for all surgery patients. Like humans, when pets’ surgical sites heal, they can be itchy and bothersome, part of the natural healing process. If your pet gets at or near the site, there’s a good chance they’ll mess with it, no matter how well-behaved they are. This includes biting, licking, scratching, and rubbing. Prevent your pet from causing prolonged healing time for themselves and more money out of your pocket and take one home with you the day of their surgery.

Bundled & Drastically Discounted

We’ve bundled all items to perform the procedure on your pet and give them the best outcome to get them feeling better soon. Then we drastically discount them to save you money. Packages include pain medicine, antibiotics if needed, sedation, IV cathether placement, endotracheal tube placement, fluid therapy, anesthesia, HR, blood pressure, and oxygen monitored by a Veterinary Technician, supplemental heating, one recheck exam, suture removal, and one post-surgical laser therapy treatment.
